Jillian Michaels Book
45Jillian Michaels book Master Your Metabolism may have had some book critics in the mood to bash the book to bits but how have the masses of Jillian fans handled her latest book?
Most devoted fans loved the backbone of the book which is essentially educating readers about the hormones that have been added into processed foods and how changing from inorganic foods over to organic foods can help with the three R's; "Remove, Restore and Rebalance" your body's health.
The book is so focused on proper and healthy eating that it actually only slightly touches on any sort of exercise program. As part of this nutritional focus, Jillian encourages an eating plan which is the "Rebalance" step of the book that includes a two week eating plan complete with recipes and day-to-day plans.
Jillians eating plan has you eat every 4 hours with your last meal/snack no later than 9:00 pm.
Readers also feel far more intimacy with Jillian as she openly discusses her "fat days" and poor eating habits.
It would also be more fair to call this book a life changing book rather than a diet book since not only does Jillian walk you through steps you can take to make your body healthier but she also educates you on methods to also make your home healthier by switching over to more enviromentally friend and toxic free cleaners.
This book is jam packed with lots of new information instead of old or over-the-top "trendy" ideas. If you want a healthier you and the opportunity to lose weight for good, then look into getting Master Your Metabolism. Another Jillian Michaels Book worth checking out is her Winning To Lose book which is more focused on exercise; specifically strength training.
