In this book, Jillian lays out exactly how the contestants on The Biggest Loser are able to acheive such high numbers every weigh in. You might think that she held back some secrets that only the contestants and fellow trainer, Bob posses; but that is simply not the case.
Jillian not only touches on the topic of calories in and calories out but she also provides secrets for "zig zagging" your diet which is essentially mixing up lower calories on one day and higher on another to prevent your body from thinking it is in starvation mode.
Jillian also stresses the importance of proper weight training and how
crucial it is to weight loss. So many women fear weights because they
have been brainwashed by images of female bodybuilders on steroids so
